Key dates

Please notice these important key dates and deadlines: 

• Deadline for submitting edited version of papers when required by reviewer (if your paper is “approved with comments”): either date given by reviewer or March 30th.
• Acceptance of short paper: April 10th. 
• Conference registration and payment for authors within May 15th. Papers will only be included in the program when the author is registered, and conference fee is paid. 
• Conference registrations for participants without paper: June 15th.  
• Program with registered paper presentations included: June 10th.
