Quality Hotel Tønsberg is a conference and recreational hotel combining the best in modern comforts and tradition in a coastal location. Enjoy modern facilities, a range of restaurants and a relaxation area with a pool. The hotel has been the venue for the workshop for many years. 

Room prices 
During the conference, 21 - 24 October:
Single room: NOK 3195, - per night
Double room:  NOK 5270,- per night
Prices include the conference kit with all refreshments and all meals; breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Connecting night
Connecting night from 20 – 21 October:  
Single room: NOK 1420, - per night (room and breakfast)
Double room:  NOK 1720,- per night (room and breakfast)

Room reservation
Please add date of arrival and departure when register for the workshop and Tekna will accordingly make the reservation towards the hotell.

Tekna will forward the booking to the hotel one week prior to the workshop, hence all alterations or cancellations MUST be directed to kurs@tekna.no 

Rooms not cancelled within this date will be subject to no-show (full price).

Arrivals later than 18:00 must be notified the hotel reception.

Payment 
Full payment of the room is to be made directly to the hotel upon arrival. 

Delegates not staying at the conference hotel, or one day attendees. 

Delegates not staying at the conference hotel must pay an additional fee for the conference kit ( daytime) and dinners/ banquets if attending. This must be booked through Tekna.
