The Executive Board
The Executive Board is responsible for the organization’s political activities.
The Salary and Special Interest Committee
The Salary and Special Interest Committee (LIU) is comprised of two representatives from each of the boards in Tekna Government Sector, Tekna Private Sector and Tekna Public Sector. The LIU representatives are elected by the sectors’ representatives at the annual meeting held in January.
The Local Branch Committee
The Local Branch Committee facilitates member activities and handles members' concerns at the local level.
The Student Council
The Student Council work on issues that are important to the students, such as educational policies, student welfare and the labour market for graduates.
The Professional Development Committee
The Professional Development Committee safeguards members’ interests with respect to professional issues. This committee is also responsible for coordinating professional events for Tekna members that will help them improve their professional knowledge, competence, skill, and effectiveness.
